VIP Terrace - Hipódromo de Mijas

 Welcome to "Le Chic", your terrace with VIP area in the Mijas Racecourse.
The entertainment for the 2011 summer season of 12 nights of racing is:

 Each race night.-

20:30 - Gates open at the racecourse and our International DJ Big M starts playing the great music from the 70s and 80s. It’s time to go upstairs to “Le Chic” and sample some of the great dishes the chef is preparing in the “NEW YORK DINER”, maybe book yourself into one of our VIP Areas to be pampered all night, get a Cosmopolitan or Mojito from cocktail bar and enjoy the ambience from up on high.

20:30 to 22:30 - DJ Big M will alternate with live artists on stage, and give out information about the evenings races, how to place a bet, what horses are the favourites and other information.

22:30 – The first of the evening’s races starts. During the race build up, the race itself and the results announcements, we will show the live TV feed from TVE1 on our giant video screen. All the horses details and tips will be given as they happen right up to ‘The off’ for each race. And from the terrace “Le Chic” clients can watch the whole racetrack.

00:30 - The final race of the evening.  A full set from the Retro Dance Band “Stereo 80”, and then DJ Big M plays disco music until 03.00, followed by chill out music until closing time (04.00).

Ladies Night – Friday 29^th July.-

The Famous “Ladies Day” makes its way from Royal Ascot to the Mijas racecourse and becomes “Ladies Night”, and “Le Chic” is THE place to be seen for all those beautiful women in their finest fashion and jewellery. What could be more elegant than to relax on one of our VIP sofas, sipping cava, nibbling canapés and maybe having a flutter on the horses, all under the romantic Malagueñan stars.

If you are planning a company or group party or had thought about a 70s 80s theme event, then contact us for special rates for groups of 10 and over.

                                        Open Stage at Le Chic – Summer race season

By using the same publicity and promotion structure that proved so successful for

“Le Chic” in 2010, and at the American caseta in the Fuengirola International Fair 2011, Costa del Disco guarantees great exposure for all artists on stage at Le Chic during the summer race season 2011.

We will be operating an “Open Stage” for artists wanting to take advantage of the venue and the large amounts of people visiting the racecourse.

The stage at Le Chic is available from 8.30pm to 9.30pm for artists to perform and promote themselves.

The conditions are;

1. The artist agrees to perform without a fee, for self-promotion.
2. The artist must confirm their day and time at the latest one week before.
3. The artist will set up/sound check on the day of their appearance, at the time given.
4. The artist’s performance and content will be acceptable to a family audience.
5. The artist undertakes to promote both their performance and also “Le Chic” to the best of their ability prior to, and after their appearance.

The artist agrees to allow Costa del Disco to use all photos, videos and other digital recordings for promotional purposes – Costa del Disco in turn will allow all artists to use those recordings for their own promotion on the condition that there is always a link to Costa del Disco website.
